1 · Who you are contracting with

Influencerly is operated by Pavel Gurov, trading as Gurov Digital, Rodenbergstraße 21, 10439 Berlin, Germany (support@getinfluencerly.com). These terms govern your use of Influencerly.

2 · The service

Influencerly analyzes publicly available Instagram data for the username you provide and presents the results as a personal dashboard, including audience insights, content-value estimates and competitor observations. The service never logs in to Instagram and never accesses private accounts. Results are informational estimates, not guarantees of any outcome, income or growth.

3 · Plans, billing & cancellation

One free analysis of your own account is included before any payment. Paid plans are Basic (€9.99 per month) and Pro (€19.99 per month), in euros, billed monthly in advance and renewing automatically until cancelled. Any applicable VAT is shown at checkout. You are charged at the start of each billing period through Stripe.

You can cancel at any time from your account or the billing portal (see Cancel subscription). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then. We confirm cancellations by email. If a payment fails, we may retry it and suspend paid access until it succeeds.

4 · Right of withdrawal & refunds

As a consumer in the EU you have a 14-day right of withdrawal for the subscription. Because the service is a digital service that starts on request, when you ask us to begin immediately you expressly consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal ends once we have fully performed — that is, once you have run your first analysis. Until you run an analysis, you can withdraw within 14 days for a full refund by emailing support@getinfluencerly.com.

After that, subscription fees for the current period are generally non-refundable, but we handle refund requests fairly and case by case — if the service did not work as described, contact us and we will make it right.

5 · Price changes

We may change plan prices. We will tell you by email at least 30 days before a change takes effect; if you do not agree, you can cancel before it applies.

6 · Acceptable use

Analyze your own account or accounts you have a legitimate interest in. Do not use the service to harass, stalk or profile private individuals, to resell or bulk-extract the results, or to circumvent Instagram's or our technical limits. We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service or these terms.

7 · Availability & liability

We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and the analytical results are estimates that may be incomplete or inaccurate. We are liable without limitation for injury to life, body or health, and where liability is mandatory by law (including under the Product Liability Act) or where we acted with intent or gross negligence. For slight negligence we are liable only for breach of an essential contractual obligation, and then limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this kind of contract. Any further liability is excluded.

8 · Governing law

German law applies, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence. If any provision is invalid, the rest remains in effect.
